The conference is organised by ENISA, in partnership with the Romanian National Cyber Security Directorate (DNSC), and the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre and Network (ECCC).
The event focuses on the Cyber Resilience Act, which entered into force on 10 December 2024. The CRA introduces cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements, as a precondition for accessing the EU market, requiring manufacturers to apply them throughout the entire product lifecycle.
This is the first European Union event that brings together relevant stakeholders across the entire spectrum of the resilience of products with digital elements available on the EU Single Market. It aims at protecting EU citizens and businesses, including SMEs, for secure EU Digital Single Market.
The event objectives include:
Foster cybersecurity market resilience;
Raise awareness of the European business community, including SMEs in their journey towards CRA compliance;
Build capacities of the cybersecurity expert community about the process of placing a product on the Single Market;
Bring together product security and market monitoring and surveillance communities to discuss cybersecurity resilience market aspects.
The ENISA’s CRA event will be held on the margins of the 2025 edition of the Bucharest Cybersecurity Conference (BCC2025), organised by the DNSC. BCC2025 takes place on 6–7 October (separate registration is required).
