SECURE - Strengthening EU SMEs Cyber Resilience

The project at a glance

By directly bringing together National (Cybersecurity) Coordination Centres (NCCs) and European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs), the Strengthening EU SMEs Cyber Resilience SECURE Project Consortium aims to reach the largest possible number of interested stakeholders and boost resilience of SMEs across the whole European Union.

The SECURE Project directly aims to bolster cybersecurity capacities within European SMEs, particularly focusing on micro and small enterprises, in their efforts to comply with the CRA. More precisely, SECURE Project has defined six specific objectives, all meant to support SMEs in their CRA compliance journey:

1) Managing Open Calls by Ensuring Impartial Evaluation and Transparent Monitoring of Grant Implementation for Cascade Funding;

2) Ensuring Awareness, Dissemination, Accessibility and Stakeholder Engagement for Cascade Financing in European SMEs;

3) Establishing a comprehensive CRA compliance resource online platform main vehicle for channelling upskilling and capacity building initiatives;

4) Performing trainings and upskilling of stakeholders to achieve CRA compliance;

5) Promoting knowledge sharing and facilitating CRA Compliance Use Cases; 6) Contributing to CRA Standardisation Efforts through Engagement with European and International Bodies.
